At Edge, we’ve been supporting people with disability on their employment journeys since 1984. Today, as a registered NDIS provider, we continue our goal of transforming lives, businesses and perceptions of people with disability, one client and life-changing opportunity at a time.
We’ve secured employment for over 9,000 people of all ages across the Perth metro region and practically every industry. From school leavers to seniors. From first jobs to new career paths. From wannabe entrepreneurs with small-business dreams to community volunteers.

Project Employment (formerly Charged Up for Work) is an employment pathway for school students with disability or long-term health conditions. Project Employment helps create a smoother transition from high school to the workplace, making it easier for students to adapt and thrive in new environments.
