A shining result

Zachary is a Car Wash Attendant at Midland Car Wash and has been doing a great job since he started last year. He is responsible for washing and detailing new and used cars. Zachary does everything from removing old window tint to applying tyre shine.

After having difficulty in finding employment, Zachary engaged with Edge. “Edge assisted me to get job ready and opened my eyes to other types of employment opportunities that I hadn’t looked at before. Edge gave me an opportunity to try something new.”

Edge’s Job Coach Matt regularly checks in and assists Zachary. Zachary is grateful for the support he provides, “I like the fact that I have someone who will come through and check up on me to ensure everything is going well.”

Zachary is also grateful to Edge saying “Edge made me feel welcome and safe. They encouraged and motivated me to be the best I can be, and I now feel fulfilled in my job.”
