Customised training – working with colleagues with Down Syndrome

In October 2020, Edge developed and delivered customised Employer training on Down Syndrome for Pan Pacific Perth. The session objectives were to assist Employees to understand how to best support a colleague with Down Syndrome in the workplace, whilst also providing information about adjustments that can be made to support them during their employment. The feedback from the session has been exceptionally positive!
