We are delighted to announce that Edge Employment Solutions has been awarded organisational competency as a DEA Gold Standard Provider 2024 with genU Training.

This award acknowledges an outstanding commitment to building organisational competency.

The team at Edge Employment Solutions have achieved this special status as a DEA Gold Standard Provider because we met the criteria of 75% uptake across our DES workforce.

Chief Executive Officer Pippa Cebis welcomed the new achievement. “We truly believe that by giving our frontline staff the training provided within DES Fundamentals, we position ourselves to be able to offer the quality service that our participants deserve in their employment journey.”

DES Operations Manager, Dave Scragg elaborated, “All our staff were invested in this training right from the start and the content gave them the confidence to continue to change lives through employment.

We see this training within the organisation, not just in investing in our staff but also benefiting our participants.”
