A discovery approach
A critical component of our NDIS employment supports is the discovery approach. We spend time getting to know you, your strengths, goals and personality. This ensures that your skills and talents are identified to find employment that suits you. Our team explore what work means to you and provide career planning to establish a vocational identity.
Eligibility
Finding and Keeping a Job supports are available to anyone aged 14 years or over. You must have a current NDIS plan with approved Finding and Keeping a Job supports. If you currently do not have this item in your NDIS plan, you can discuss your options with our team.
